What can you be grateful for today?

Anything and everything. Be grateful for your home, your health, your food. Everything is a blessing. Everything is always happening for your best and highest good even if it doesn’t sometimes feel like it. We are all learning soul lessons.

How can you start a gratitude practice that you wont stop after a few days? I have clients that did just that. They kept starting and stopping and getting frustrated that they were not making progress. As an intuitive life coach we make and set these goals together.
